Buyer must e-mail emerald fairy Lynn as soon as the garment is received and found to be incorrect. The garment must be returned within 7 days in the same condition it was sent.
Buyer is to pay all postal charges concerning the exchange unless Enchanted Emerald Forest Designs is at fault.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS - Refunds

All custom made orders are made to your measurements and I have a very good track record for getting things right as I connect with you through the unseen forces :)

On occasion I may make something that you have designed or and idea you may put forward so if you change your mind or just don't want the outfit that was specially designed for you or specially custom made for you ~ I may deduct a 10% surcharge from your credit to restock and hold the item for sale - this will be discussed at the time of your "application for credit or refund"

PAYMENT

Credit Card Payments can be made via the Pay Pal Link - You do not have to have a Pay Pal Account - On the Link you will see on the Left - Pay Via Credit Card

PAYMENT as soon as possible would be appreciated  unless item is on lay-by

Lay-By Now Extended!!

Lay-By is a great way to shop if your on a budget, would love a pretty garment but think it’s way beyond your means.  If every pay day you pay $8.00, $10.00 or even $6.00 you would surprised how soon that lovely garment can be yours. Just using your small change can give you a new look wardrobe in no time at all. The perfect thing about my designs is they are always in fashion, they are your own personal fashion statement, your individuality.

LAY-BY TERMS

Long Term 3 month Lay-By is now available so you can buy what you wish. Some of my customers take longer then 3 months and that’s fine as long as the payments are regular

20% Deposit when you purchase the items - Let me  know the items are on lay-by when you make your purchases. I will e mail and let you know when I receive payments and send out a statement at month end so you know your account balance.

Overseas Customers Lay-By - Choose Direct Bank in Checkout e mail and let me know the items are on lay-by and I will send you  Pay Pal Invoices for the amounts you want to pay and the time you want to make the payment.

AUSTRALIA POST - Flat Rate of $11.00 Post & Handling Charges
Items are posted  Registered Post ~ little items maybe posted Regular Mail

If the Order is Super Urgent you can choose to have them posted Express Platinum Post, if it’s a small item the $11.00 will cover the Express Platinum Post - If its a dress or bigger item - go to Altered Design Charges Category and Choose a $5 emerald fairy to add to your shopping cart to cover the additional Express Platinum Charges and let me know in Additional Information Notepad during the checkout process and I will send the garments Express Platinum

OVERSEAS - Flat Rate of $25.00 - I will advise if the parcel is to cost anymore

All Parcels are posted Registered Air Mail & usually take 7 - 14 days to arrive 

We now have a tracking number we can supply for International Registered Post
